GenShortVideo is provided under the Coder Tiger brand.

GenShortVideo lets you create short videos and upload them to a YouTube channel you authorise.

What the app stores

When you sign in with Google, the app stores your Google account identifier, name, email address and sign-in timestamps. If you connect YouTube, it stores your channel ID and name, encrypted access and refresh tokens, and details of uploads made through this app.

Tokens let the app upload when you request it and renew access without asking you to connect every time. Your Google password is never received or stored. Tokens are stored on this app's server and are not shown to other users.

Your music library

Music files you upload or import from a URL are stored privately on this server and linked to your account, so you can reuse them across devices. A URL import downloads the audio from the address you provide; that host sees the server request. You can remove your saved music in the studio. Deleting your app account removes your saved music files.

Your videos and browser storage

Videos are generated in your browser and sent directly to YouTube when you choose Upload. This app does not keep copies of the video files on its server. Custom questions and recent export information are stored in your browser, separately for each app account. Session cookies keep you signed in and protect forms.

How data is used

Account and channel data are used to provide sign-in, display your channel, upload your chosen videos and show upload history. This app does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Google and YouTube receive the information needed to authorise your account and process uploads.

Your control

Use My channel to disconnect YouTube and remove saved channel credentials from this app. You can also revoke access through Google Account permissions. Disconnecting does not remove your app profile, upload history or videos already uploaded to YouTube. You can delete your app account from My channel; that removes the app's profile and upload history, but not your YouTube videos. Clear this site's browser data to remove local drafts and exports.
